Elephant Energy received the letter of intent from Municipal Corporation of Shimla (MCS) and consent to buy energy from our waste to energy plant to be setup at Shimla, from HPSEBL, our Power Purchase Agreement with HPSEBL is under discussion and Waste concession agreement with MCS is pending counter signature by worthy commissioner (Elephant Energy has signed the concession agreement as per the directions of NGT on 29th of March 2016).
